The Emerald Junior Football Club (EJFC) has a proud history of providing junior footballers in the Emerald area of the Dandenong Ranges with the opportunity to play Australian Rules Football in a safe, supportive, family-oriented environment since 1953.
The club’s teams play in the red and black guernsey design made famous by the Essendon Football club in the VFL/AFL. Hence, like Essendon, the club’s nickname is the “Bombers”.
Our brand-new clubrooms & sporting complex is now officially open, and the entire club is excited to call this home for many seasons to come.
In season 25, Emerald Junior once again enforced its support of Womens and Girls football in the community by becoming a member of the Womens and Girls Charter - 2025. Our club encourages all our girls to have the opportunity to play football in a supportive and enjoyable community! Go Girls!
